Alan Phelan
Founding Director
Alan is a Founding Director of the Nucleus Venture Partner Group, the parent company of Onwave and is currently the CEO for Onwave’s sister company SourceDogg, an e-procurement platform.
Sean McKeague
Founding Director
Sean founded Onwave to change the way that connectivity is delivered to the infrastructure sector. Sean previously led a successful technology contracting business in the Rail Sector and brings his wide-ranging business experience to Onwave.
Stuart Ladbrook
Chief Executive Officer
Stuart’s leadership has been at the heart of Onwave’s growth since joining in 2011 following senior roles at Mouchel and Thales. Stuart has over 25 years of experience in the Telecoms, Construction and Rail sectors.
Jay Moorhouse
Chief Operating Officer
Jay brings a wide range of infrastructure project experience to the Onwave team. Jay is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation with over 20 years experience.
Simon Romp,
Chief Technology Officer
Simon is responsible for setting the technical direction for Onwave products and services. Simon brings over 20 years experience designing and implementing per formant and resilient software both on premise and in the cloud.
Andy Mehaffey,
Managing Director – Rail Solutions
Andy joined Onwave in 2023 as Managing Director – OWL Rail, Andy has worked in the civil engineering and rail industries for the past 30 years, he has been a contributing member to significant initiatives.
Susanne Cubel-King,
Director of People and Culture
Susanne leads our Customer Operations team delivering hassle-free deployments for our Customers around the UK and Europe.

As Commercial Director at Onwave I’m Commercially responsible for the business success, I lead strategic growth initiatives, drive enterprise partnerships, and deliver innovative connectivity solutions tailored to business needs.
Peter Fisher
Head of Sales
Peter leads up the Sales team at Onwave, working with existing and prospective companies.
Rosemarie Connell
Financial Controller
My team and I are responsible for delivering management accounting, customer invoicing, credit control, accounts payable, cash flow and organisational budgeting.
Dana Konkin,
Head of Network Engineering
Dana leads our Network Engineering function. Dana has previously worked as a Senior Network Engineer for Ericsson and Huawei and has over 30 years experience in network design and implementation.
Sarah Moran
Proposals and Marketing Manager
Sarah leads the marketing team and activities at Onwave.
This includes both online and offline marketing.
Ryan Cubitt
Network Operations Manager
Ryan joined Onwave in 2023, with over 17 years experience in IT/Network Support. Ryan enjoys creating and implementing new processes to streamline the way of working within Onwave’s Network Operations division.
Jade Le Gray-Wise,
Business Support Manager
Jade joined the Onwave team in 2017 and is focussed on ensuring the Onwave service always meets the highest possible standards demanded by our Customers.
Adrian Simmons
Service Delivery Team Leader
I joined Onwave in 2020 after a 30 year career with BT. I lead the Operations team in providing and deploying solutions and services to our customers.
Mat is our Technical Solutions Architect and provides detailed network designs to customer requirements.
Mat has previously worked as a Network manager, IT Delivery manager and Senior Network Engineer for the NHS and has over 25 years’ experience in network design and implementation.
Matt Bass
Full Stack developer
As a Full Stack Developer in the SaaS team my role covers responsibilities ranging from application engineering and cloud architecture, to helping define our development processes and standards, and investigating any new technology that could drive improvements.
